Introduction to Digital Art: Character Design (Ages 10+)
During the 'Introduction to Digital Art Workshop' you will learn the first steps of digital art, while learning the main concepts involved in the creation of an illustrated character.
Exploration, getting out of your comfort zone, and visually communicating through digital art will be major components of this workshop.

Learn about the programs' tools and how to use them to your advantage
Learn how to shade in digital art
Line drawing
Painting and texture
How to make your digital work look less flat
This lecture is suitable for both beginner and intermediate students who want to learn more about digital art in the context of character design. It is also a good opportunity to bring your many questions and the teacher will be able to explain and show you how to solve them.
This class will be led by talented artist and Art Academy Teacher Naomi Mon Del.
Spaces are limited to 15 students and are only available via pre-booking. You can book your place online or visit one of our stores

Location: Art Academy Mosta (131, Constitution Street, Mosta)
Requirements: Ages 10+, tablet or graphics tablet with laptop, including digital software such as Procreate, Krita, Photoshop or equivalent. Art Academy will not provide any equipment.
