Courses for Systems of Knowledge Project
If you’re a student preparing your Systems of Knowledge (SOK) Project, certain art-based courses offered through our academy are related to Module 2: Culture, Art and Aesthetic Values in Western Civilisation.
These courses meet the project criteria by:
Involving hands-on practical work that spans at least 20 hours. Our tutors can sign for every lesson attended.
Offering opportunities to explore the scientific principles behind artistic methods (such as material properties, light, colour theory, or structure).
Encouraging students to move beyond just “doing” art—to reflecting on the process and contextualizing it within cultural and theoretical frameworks.
If you're planning your SOK project and are passionate about the visual arts, these courses provide an ideal path for both creative exploration and academic fulfilment.
